PGA National Communities
PGA National is comprised of 46 individual condo or homeowner associations under the PGA Property Owners Association as the master assciation. Golf courses, club membership is private and may be included or not with each unit purchase. Maintenance of the main entries and some areas of the main loop roads are taken care by the PGA POA.
The PGA National Resort is located in the center of the PGA National Communities and a short distance from the headquarters of the PGA of America. In addition to the five championship courses, designed by some of the leading names in golf, you’ll also find some other things that will take your vacation experience or meeting far beyond the ordinary. The Barclay Club
The Barclay Club has one and two-story homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms with garages. You will find water and golf views. There is a clubhouse and pool for the residents and their guests to enjoy.
Bristol Club
The Bristol Club has one and two story homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms with garages. Some of the homes have golf course view. This community is within walking distance of the PGA National Park where you can take your family to play tennis or enjoy fun activities.
Burwick
Burwick features custom homes on 1/4 to 1/2 acre lots. Homes are designed with three, four and five bedroom floor planes, with beautiful landscaping and golf or lake view. Each design is special and unique and have many wonderful features.
Canterbury
This single family home community offers a lovely European Mediterranean look. There are two, three and four bedroom floor plans with one and two-stories. The residents can enjoy the private clubhouse, overlooking a beautiful lake.
Club Cottages
The Club Cottages are close to the PGA National Resort. This is a quaint community of cottages with fairway and lake view. All the cottages have two bedrooms and two baths, with a spacious living and dining area. The community has it's own pool and pavilion for it's residents.
Coventry
Coventry is a community of fifty-eight single family homes with two or three bedrooms. It is located alongside the General Golf Course. The residents and their guests can enjoy their private swimming pool and relaxation area.
Cypress Point
Cypress Point Condominums feature Kew West Style design and atmosphere. The units have lovely lake views form the living areas and sun porches. There are one and two bedroom units. Residents have access to a community pool and entertainment area.
Diamond Head
Diamond Head is a gated community with three or four bedroom zero lot line homes with garages. There are great golf and water views as well as ammenities for the whole family to enjoy.
Dunbar Woods
Dunbar Woods is located next to a 240 acre preserve. Residents can enjoy the the peaceful setting as well as all the amenities offered through the PGA National Resort & Spa. Two and three bedroom units are available, ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,350 sqare feet.
Eagleton
Eagleton is a prestigous, gated community that includes Eagleton Lakes, Eagleton Estates and Eagleton Cove. Each community has great homes with many along the Campion Golf Course and lake.
Fairway Villas
Fairway Villas is a small community of forty-six homes and it offers the ultimate relaxation destination with setting that overlook lakes and the General Golf Course. Homes are available with two or three bedrooms and a double garage, with a private courtyard. The Fairway Villas have a community pool for residents and their guests.
General Pointe
General Pointe is a gated zero lot lined community offering three and four bedroom floor plans with garages. You will find these homes have spectacular golf and water views with amenties for the family to enjoy.
Glengary
Glengary is a community of single family homes that has three and four bedrooms with garages. Residents can take advantage of the amenities that are offered through PGA National.
Glenwood
Glenwood is a community of Mansard style two-story townhomes with two or three bedrooms and approximately 1,490 sq ft in each unit. The homes have 4 units together and each unit has their own private fenced patio area. Lot of activities are available including racquetball, tennis courts, swimming pool and park. The community has access to its own fitness trails, located through the development to give the residents the opportunity to enjoy waling, cycling or rollerblading without using the roadways.
Golf Villas and The Tennis Villas
Nestled among lakes and fairway views, residents can enjoy relaxation and leisure activities. Each building has a maximum of twelve, two bedroom units. There are two community pools for residents.

Grand Cay
Grand Cay is a prestigious gated community with forty-two estate homes with lake or Champion Golf Course views. Homes are single or double story estate homes with three, four or five bedroom plans. These homes range in size from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet with luxurious design. Guest homes are available on some properties.
Heather Run
This quaint community has two and three bedroom single story villas with garages. It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment and is situated among PGA National's natural preserve.
Ironwood
Ironwood is a community of single family homes with garages. It is located along the edge of the Haig Golf Course. Homes include two and three bedrooms ranging in size from 1,400 to 1,500 square feet. There is a community pool for the residents and their guests.

Lexington Green
Lexington Green is located next to PGA National's 35 acre park and the PGA Heart and Fitness Trail. Residences have two or three bedrooms with attached garages. This area has lush landscaping and private lakes.
Marlwood Estates
Marlwood Estates is a community of custom designed homes on large, lushly landscaped estate lots with Squire Golf Course, lake and garden views. Homes range in size from 2,400 to 4,000 square feet, with three, four and five bedroom floor plans. Residents have the availability Golf Membership to the five Championship Golf Courses within PGA National.
Marlwood Townhomes
Marlwood Towhomes has two and three bedroom residences ranging in size from 1,700 to 1,900 square, some with golf views. Each Townhome has a double garage and a back patio for your enjoyment. Residents can enjoy the community pool and spa as well as the neighboring park.
Meadowbrook
Meadowbrook Condominium complex overlooks a beautiful, peaceful lake with fountains and views of wild life. Two and three bedroom units are available ranging in size from 1,250 to 1,410 square feet.
Monterey Point
Monterey Pointe is a manned, gated community of townhomes and single family homes with two, thre and four bedroom floor planes. Many homes have great views, some facing the General Golf Course.
Preston Estate Homes
This manned, gated community is comprised of special-edition exquisite homes representing the image of Paradise. These lovely homes feature couryard pools, great rooms and expansive indoor/outdoor entertianing areas that embrace the the luxurious South Florida Lifestyle. Floor plan include two, three and four bedroom homes, with most having views of the General Golf Course or beautiful lakes.
Prestwick Chase
This community offers two and three bedroom town homes with a one-car garage and rear courtyard. Some homes have views of the Champion Golf Course from the patio. The community has its own private pool and entertainment area for residents.
The Resort Villas
This gated community is a special place to live in an atmosphere of lake-side lving and Mediterranean charm. Floor plans include two and three bedroom villas, ranging in size from 1,710 to 2,100 square feet. The Island is a private, manned gated community of designer homes built to higher standards, situated on estate lots. Homes range in size from 2,600 to 4,600 square feet and have lake or preserve views. Residents are offered amenities and features offered with the PGA National Resort & Golf Club.

Thurston Estates is a prestigious community consisting o exquisite, custom estate homes designed with luxury and elegance. These homes are unique custom homes. Many homes in this community have views of lakes and the Haig Golf Course. It is located close to numerous recreational activities and amenities.

This community offer two and three bedroom townhomes with double garages. It is located close to numerous recreational activities and amenities.
Villa D'Este
Villa D'Este has the ambiance of a Mediterranean Village with many features reminiscent of Italian Viallages.
