Which Of These Financial Mistakes Are
Costing You Money At Your Bank?

June 1, 2008

Dear Friends:

Is your bank needlessly overcharging you? It's likely the answer is yes. The good news is, because you hold the latest issue of our South Florida Living! Free consumer newsletter in your hands, you now have helpful tips for saving money at the bank. Plus, there's plenty more we want to share with you today. First, we thought you'd like to know............

Heres what's new in the world of real estate: The local market is changing. We are seeing fewer new listing on the market and more properties on the market selling short sale (selling for less than what is owed on the mortgage and to keep them from going to foreclosure). According to the Regional Multiple Listing Service, 165 homes have come on the market as new listings in the last 30 days. At the same time, a record number, 319 homes have sold. Potential buyers shouldn't wait. With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home. And there's never been a better time to cash-out on your home if you're thinking of moving. The market is HOT!

School will be out in a couple days and our children will be home for the summer. There are so many wonderful things to do in and around Palm Beach County. If you are looking for special places, let us know and we'll share our favorite activities.

Finally, we want you to know that you may call us for any reason. And please let us know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a caring, competent real estate professional to help in buying or selling.

We truly appreciate your friendship and referrals. Enjoy your issue!

Warmest regards,

Jim and Ruth Jacobs
