Is Your Family Prepared
For An Emergency?

October 1, 2011

Do you know what you'll need if the unexpected were to happen?  In todays South Florida Living Free consumer newsletter you'll get a basic primer in emergency preparedness along with a simple checklist for what should be included in your Emergency Kit.

You'll also learn about some technology tools to save time and money when shopping, tips for keeping kids safe around pets, and foods to eat before and after exercising--plus funny jokes, trivia, and lots more.   But first.........

Here's what's happening in your neighborhood.   The inventory of available properties is down quite a bit from last year.  We are seeing some areas increase in price.  Potential buyers shouldn't wait.  With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home.

We welcome Brielle Brown.  Brielle has been working as our personal assistant for several months and doing a great job keeping our properties exposed on the market.  She is now in the process of working for her real estate license.  Even though she has been studying to be an attorney, we feel the real estate exposure will benefit her future, no matter what profession she decides on.

Finally, we want you to know that you may call us for any reason.  And please let us know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a caring, competent real estate professional to help in buying or selling.

Warmest regards,
