Could These Simple Genetic
Tests Save Your Life?

November 1, 2009

Genes influence much more than just our appearance or personality.  They map our entire physical make-up.  In this month's issue of our South Florida Living!  free consumer newsletter, we've highlighted important genetic information that may save your life.  Plus, we've included a simple home safety checklist, six secrets to wealth and freedom, and lots more.  But first...

Here's current data on our real estate market.  The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and bounds ahead of last year for buyers.  The number of homes sales has increased especially in the price catagory up to $400,000, with the help of the first time buyer $8,000 tax credit.  If you were elgible and were unable to take advantage of the tax credit, you may have the opportunity to do so with Congress proposing to extend the program.  Potential buyers shouldn't wait.  With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home.

We welcome our long time friend, Randi Somers, who is visiting from Alaska.  It's a good thing for her to be a snowbird and head south.  Having investments here give her all the more reason.

We'd like to congratulate our friends and clients, Bob and Nancy Leonetti, on their recent change of address.  This occured in one fell swoop in an exchange transaction that we helped them with.  Thank you, Bob and Nancy, for your warm friendship and support of our business!

Finally, we want you to know that you may call us for any reason.  And please let us know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a caring, competent real estate professional to help in buying or selling.

We truly appreciate your friendship and referrals.  Enjoy your issue!

Warmest regards,

Jim and Ruth Jacobs
