Here's what's happening in your neighborhood. We are seeeing a slight increase in the number of listings on the Regional Muiltiple Listing Service this month. We also see a slight increase in the number of bank owned properties. With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home.
May was a busy month for us. We attended our Granddaughter, Kalista, wedding in Sacramento on May 15. She and her fiance had a beautiful celebration of marriage with a beautiful setting. The three sisters were part of Kalista's attendants. Then we rushed back home for our Granddaughter, Michelle, graduation on May 19. What a wonderful time of celebration the whole month.
