Are you keeping up with the real estate market? There has been a substantial increase in the number of contracts being signed. As you know, a great percentage of the contracts are short sales which takes a lot of time to close. We won't know the success or closing rate for several months. Also, there are fewer homes on the market now. Potential buyers shouldn't wait. With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home. Homes that are priced right for this market are selling. The market is HOT!
If we seem sidetracked for a few days, blame it on our granddaughters. Our granddaughter, Kalista, and her fiance, Kevin, are visiting from California and we will be spending some time with them. Of course, most of you know that our granddaughters are the light of our life.
