Here's what's happening in your neighborhood. The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leveling. The sales are about the same but we are seeing an increase in the number of listings on the MLS. This is possibly due to people putting homes on the market in anticipation of the visiting buyers from out of town. We are seeing some areas increas in price. With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, nows the time to get a great deal on your dream home.
We hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We did. Our granddaughter, Chris, and her friend, Hank, spent the time with us. We had a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal and enjoyed a relaxing time most of the day. After going to a movie,Chris and Hank did the Black Friday Shopping thing starting at midnight and then headed back to Orlando. We are very thankful for all our friends and family.
