Did You Know That 27 Tons Of Space
Dust Falls To The Earth Every Day?

August 1, 2009

It's true.  Most of the dust lurking in your home came from a cosmic source  from as far back as the creation of the universe!  That's just one interesting tidbit of information you'll find in this month's issue of our South Florida Living  free consumer newsletter.  Plus, we've included helpful information about quickly improving your health, keeping your children safe on playgrounds, and lots more.  But first, here's what's happening with your home's value...

The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and bounds ahead of last year for buyers.  We are seeing a large number of First Time Homebuyers taking advantage of the low prices, high inventory, and the $8,000 tax credit.  Now is definitely the time to buy a home at a great price. Potential buyers shouldn't wait because that tax credit is only available if you close by November 30, 2009..  With a strong buyer's market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, now's the time to get a great deal on your dream home.  The market is HOT!

Granddaughter, Michelle has returned from her two week trip to California to see family and friends.  We are happy to have her home.  She has found it is nice to get away but even nicer to come home.

Finally, we want you to know, that you may call us for any reason.  And please let us know if a friend, family member or neighbor needs a caring, competent real estate professional to help in buying or selling.

We truly appreciate your friendship and referrals.  Enjoy your issue!

Warmest regards,

Jim and Ruth Jacobs
