According to the Regional Multiple Listing Service, 201 homes have come on the market as new listings in the last 30 days. At the same time, 277 homes have sold. Potential buyers shouldn't wait. With a strong buyers market, combined with nearly all-time low mortgage rates, nows the time to get a great deal on your dream home. The market is HOT!
We are seeing increased activity on our websites. As we go into the fall season, there are many people from all over the world interested in properties in South Florida. Now is the time for Europeans to get the most value for their money because of the favorable exchange rate for them.
